Within todays pressurised society many young people are experiencing difficulty in communicating their problems.
The League is offering help not only to our clubs but to any sporting body in your area by organising Mental Health Seminars in three different centres. Everyone is invited to participate and learn how to recognise and offer support to colleagues.
The three centres are:
